Born and raised in Pittsburgh as the youngest of nine children, Terry graduated from Seton-LaSalle high school and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his law degree from Duquesne University in 1992 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar later that year.
Terry focuses his practice on representing injured persons in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, dog bites and other types of personal injury claims. He has also represented business clients and estates and handles the firm’s criminal practice and zoning cases. Terry has represented the Emsworth Zoning Hearing Board for over fifteen years and currently represents the South Fayette Civil Service Commission. Terry is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, including U.S. District, Western District of Pennsylvania.
From 1992-1996, Terry worked as an Associate at the law office of Robert P. Ging, Jr., where he handled personal injury and environmental cases, arguing a significant environmental case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
